We design and create teambuilding projects, of 1 or 2 days duration, focused on developing team spirit, compromise, happines and motivation. We design this programs adapting them to your needs and your learning expectations.
Our programs, are directed to any company or group of people interested in working on developing there team spirit and self awareness.
The duration of our programs are normaly of 1 or 2 days, but if you feel that you want to make them longer, we can designg and readapt the program for you.
Content of the Programe … games, iniciatives, creative reviewing, art activities, cooking, dancing, percusión, we use the best facilitation technics mastered by 12 years of experience. We like to be creative and cook our activities “al dente”
Number of people … minimum 5 to a maximum up to 20 people for experiential learning programes, for integration or fun programs we can manage up to 100 persons.

OUR LEARNING MODEL


Is based on the experiential learning cycle, using this model as our basic plataform we use diferent facilitation and reviewing technics that suport the process, the magic of facilitation, at least for us, is to take the person and the group to discover by its ows means what is his or there, real potencial.
We conduct the group emotionaly safe, respecting each individual rithym.
